The soundtrack was also processed with volume normalization, noise reduction, clipping reduction, and/or equalization (the resulting sound, though not perfect, is far less noisy than the original). http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Drive-through A drive-through, or drive-thru, is a type of service provided by a business that allows customers to purchase products without leaving their cars. The format was pioneered in the United States in the 1930s by Jordan Martin, but has since spread to other countries. The first recorded use of a bank using a drive up window teller was the Grand National Bank of St. Louis, Missouri in 1930. The drive up teller only allowed deposits at that time period. Orders are generally placed using a microphone and picked up in person at the window. A drive-through is different from a drive-in in several ways— The cars create a line and move in one direction in drive-throughs, and do not park, whereas drive-ins allow cars to park next to each other, the food is generally brought to the window by a server, called a carhop, and the customer can remain in the parked car to eat. Drive-throughs have generally replaced drive-ins in popular culture, and are now found in the vast majority of modern American fast-food chains. Sometimes, a store with a drive-through is referred to as a "drive-through," or the term is attached to the service, such as, "drive-through restaurant," or "drive-through bank." Drive-throughs typically have signs over the drive-through lanes to show customers which lanes are open for business. The types of signage used is usually illuminated so the "open" message can be changed to a "closed" message when the lane is not available... In 1928, City Center Bank, which became UMB Financial Corporation, president R. Crosby Kemper opened what is considered the first drive-up window. Shortly after the Grand National Bank in St Louis opened up a drive through, including a slot to the side for night time deposits. Westminster Bank opened the UK's first drive-through bank in Liverpool in 1959, soon followed by Ulster Bank opening Ireland's first in 1961 at Finaghy. In recent years, there has been a decline in drive-through banking due to increased traffic congestion and the increased availability of automated teller machines and telephone and Internet banking.[citation needed] However, many bank buildings now feature drive-through ATMs... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Security_Pacific_Bank Security Pacific National Bank (SPNB) was a large US bank headquartered in Los Angeles, California. MAINSTREAM NEWS MEDIA EXTRACTS: The sensational Carroll Foundation Trust and parallel Carroll Maryland Trust multi-billion dollar tax fraud bribery scandal which is encircling the beleaguered HSBC Holdings chairman Douglas Flint has revealed that the FBI Los Angeles field office and the Los Angeles Police Department are understood to be deeply involved in this case of international importance. Sources have confirmed that the explosive FBI Scotland Yard “cross-border” criminal “standard of proof” prosecution files contain forged and falsified Delaware “registered” Carroll Anglo-American Corporation conglomerate structures which are “directly linked” to the fraudulent incorporation of HSBC International Gibraltar Cyprus Jersey offshore accounts and Barclays International Bahamas Cayman Islands offshore accounts that effectively impulsed this massive trans-national crime syndicate operation which stretches the globe. Further sources have revealed that the Carroll Foundation Trust’s Carroll Industries Corporation Plc / London & Central Properties Plc and Carroll Industries Corporation Ltd / Carroll Holdings Corporation Ltd group structures were the subject of a fraudulent multiple “name switch operation” which provided a diversionary corporate smokescreen for the fraudulent liquidation of major operating divisions of the Carroll Global Corporation industrial empire spanning a staggering sixteen years. In a stunning twist it has been revealed that the Gerald Carroll estate interests are “closely connected” to the Jean Paul Getty estate and the Howard Hughes estate which follows on from disclosures in the news media that the reclusive Howard Hughes occupied a Bel Air mansion in Los Angeles at 1001 Bel Air Road close to the Carroll Foundation Trust’s Californian Bel Air estate and Maryland interests. Hard on the heels of the latest disturbing insights into the Gerald Carroll debacle well seasoned political observers in Los Angeles have remarked that these further disclosures are fueling speculation that the Hughes Carroll Trust estate interests could be much larger than presently declared in the reports. It has emerged that The Carroll Foundation Trust’s Los Angeles based lawyers Loeb & Loeb are continuing to refuse to issue a statement of clarification following these revelations which are also confronting named partners of the firm. The Carroll Foundation Trust files are held within a complete lock-down at the FBI Washington DC field office and the Metropolitan Police Scotland Yard London under the supervision of the commissioner Sir Bernard Hogan-Howe who is known to have an intimate knowledge of this major public interests case. While the central bank said the incident didn't "affect critical operations" of the Federal Reserve System, the disclosure is sure to fuel concerns about the cyber security of government websites and critical financial infrastructure. The Fed hack appears to be tied to an Anonymous group that published on Twitter the credentials of more than 4,000 commercial bankers early Monday morning. The group, Operation Last Resort, said it received the documents "via the FED." Call it the Rick Perry gold rush: The governor wants to bring the state's gold reserves back from a New York vault to Texas. And he may have legislative support to do it. Freshman Rep. Giovanni Capriglione, R-Southlake, is carrying a bill that would establish the Texas Bullion Depository, a secure state-based bank to house $1 billion worth of gold bars owned by the University of Texas Investment Management Co., or UTIMCO, and stored by the Federal Reserve. "If you think gold is a hedge, or a protection, you always want it as close to the individual and the entity as possible," Paul told The Texas Tribune on Thursday. "Texas is better served if it knows exactly where the gold is rather than depending on the security of the Federal Reserve." Sadly, most Americans don't even realize that a private banking cartel has a monopoly over all money creation in this country. In recent years they have abused this power by wildly printing money ("quantitative easing"), and by making more than 16 trillion dollars in secret loans to their friends during the last financial crisis. "Neither the Treasury Department nor the Federal Reserve believes that the law can or should be used to facilitate the production of platinum coins for the purpose of avoiding an increase in the debt limit" remaining alternative to Congress raising the nation's borrowing limit, which would utilize a loophole in federal law to mint a $1 trillion coin to be deposited in the Federal Reserve and ensure the federal government could pay all bills and debt obligations. gold, money, cash fed, "federal reserve" ,bank ,banking ,bankers ,system, matrix ,monetary ,vault, "armored vehicle", police, cops, control, mafia, episode, tv, show, america ,u.s, "united states", american, nyc, "new york" ,"new york city" ,"gold bullion" ,"scrap gold", "buy gold", "sell gold" ,"silver coins" ,"silver bullion", "u.s. mint" ,inside, "first look" ,usd ,dollar ,crash, crisis, trust, etf, "paper gold" ,stocks, trading, investment, investing, future, world, global, supply, debt, 2013, forces, vault ,control, illuminati, new world order ,alex jones, infowars, gerald celente, david icke ,farrakhan ,lindsey williams, tvfirst123 You can thank the reckless money printing that the Federal Reserve has been doing for the incredible bull market that we have seen in recent months. When the Federal Reserve does more "quantitative easing", it is the financial markets that benefit the most. The Dow and the S&P 500 have both hit levels not seen since 2007 this month, and many analysts are projecting that 2013 will be a banner year for stocks. But is a rising stock market really a sign that the overall economy is rapidly improving as many are suggesting? Of course not. Just because the Federal Reserve has inflated another false stock market bubble Barack Obama has been president, 40 percent of all American workers are making $20,000 a year or less, median household income has declined for four years in a row, and poverty in the United States is absolutely exploding. So quantitative easing has definitely not made things better for the middle class. But all of the money printing that the Fed has been doing has worked out wonderfully for Wall Street. Profits are soaring at Goldman Sachs and luxury estates in the Hamptons are selling briskly. Unfortunately, this is how things work in America these days. Our "leaders" seem far more concerned with the welfare of Wall Street than they do about the welfare of the American people. When things get rocky, their first priority always seems to be to do whatever it takes to pump up the financial markets Category Entertainment License Standard YouTube License

SoCal CEO Magazine: http://socalceo.com LOS ANGELES, CA- California's newest bank opened for business this month, bringing 70 years of experience to the communities in Los Angeles, Orange and San Diego counties. Banc of California (BANC) has about 70 branches in the western United States, with 60 in the Golden State and more than 30 locations in Southern California. "We're a full-service bank that serves small business owners, entrepreneurs and their families and employees," said CEO Steven A. Sugarman. "We have products that are designed to eliminate complexity in their banking lives and to provide them with very high quality concierge service." Banc of California, Inc., is a NASDAQ-traded company formed through the merger of four well-known regional banks, and can trace its roots back to a credit union founded in 1941. Every member of the executive team has personal experience in starting and operating a business; the bank is among the top 100 Small Business Administration lenders in the nation. "One of the distinctive factors of our bank is we have an entrepreneurial spirit and are accustomed to more innovative thinking, because the people who head our most important business units are entrepreneurs themselves and have started their very own business," said Sugarman. "Our company had previously owned two separate banks, and had acquired two other banks over the last year. We've relaunched as a consolidation of all four banking franchises to become what I believe is the largest regional bank in California," Sugarman explained. The merger combined the resources and branch locations of Pacific Trust Bank, with its strong residential lending group; The Private Bank of California, which focused on private banking; Beach Business Bank, a commercial business bank located in Manhattan Beach, Long Beach and Costa Mesa; and Gateway Bank, with about two dozen locations across the western U.S. focused mainly on home loans. "Bringing those four franchises together has allowed us to be a full-service banking platform, where we can meet commercial banking needs, community banking needs and private banking needs. We lend money in residential lending, commercial real estate, business loans, small business [SBA] loans, and investment properties," Sugarman said, explaining that the new bank has assets of $3.5 billion and currently serves about 18,000 customers, with 1,400 employees primarily in Southern California. "We're the largest bank serving Southern California that's under $20 billion in size. Once banks get to a certain size, it's hard to personalize the relationship and really cater to the custom needs of small business owners and CEOs. We're able to do that. We've got a lending limit that's over $50 million. We're large enough that we can meet their needs but we're still small enough that we can treat them well and provide personal service," he continued. "Relative to the size of our bank, we lend more money than any other bank in California. It's because we're looking to finance small businesses, entrepreneurs and homeowners. We'll be lending about $5 billion to borrowers this year, and are a top lender to small businesses." Streamlining the banking process and offering financial products that help simplify customers' lives is a main goal of the new enterprise. "We have products that are fair and we have a team that's been serving these communities for 70 years," Sugarman explained. "Our focus for depositors is an emphasis on simplifying their financial life. We've launched an account that's been very successful: the One Account is a single checking account that enables you to get an attractive rate of interest and just one bank statement. We don't force people to have a checking, savings, overdraft account, and buy CDs in order to be treated fairly and get reasonable interest rates." The new "Pick The Day CD" is another product aimed at helping clients get the most for their money. "You can tell us any day, at any point in the future, and that's the day your CD will mature," Sugarman explained, "so if you have college tuition coming up, you don't need to have your CD mature 15 days before, and lose interest for those last two weeks. You can just pick the exact day you want your interest to be paid." For more information on Banc of California, visit http://bancofcal.com. A 2013 study found that the district is home to over 500,000 jobs.[2] A heritage of the city's founding in 1781, Downtown Los Angeles today is composed of different areas ranging from a fashion district to a skid row, and it is the hub of the city's Metro rapid transit system. Banks, department stores and movie palaces at one time drew residents and visitors into the area, but the district declined economically and suffered a downturn for decades until its recent renaissance starting in the early 2000s: old buildings are being modified for new uses, and skyscrapers have been built. Downtown Los Angeles is known for its government buildings, parks, theaters and other public places. By 1920, the city's private and municipal rail lines were the most far-flung and most comprehensive in the world in mileage, even besting that of New York City. By this time, a steady influx of residents and aggressive land developers had transformed the city into a large metropolitan area, with Downtown LA at its center. Rail lines connected four counties with over 1,100 miles (1,800 km) of track.[5] During the early part of the 20th century, banking institutions clustered around South Spring Street, forming the Spring Street Financial District. Sometimes referred to as the "Wall Street of the West,"[6] the district held corporate headquarters for financial institutions including Bank of America, Farmers and Merchants Bank, the Crocker National Bank, California Bank & Trust, and International Savings & Exchange Bank. The Los Angeles Stock Exchange was also located on the corridor from 1929 until 1986 before moving into a new building across the Harbor (110) Freeway.[7] Commercial growth brought with it hotel construction—during this time period several grand hotels, the Alexandria (1906), the Rosslyn (1911), and the Biltmore (1923), were erected—and also the need for venues to entertain the growing population of Los Angeles. Broadway became the nightlife, shopping and entertainment district of the city, with over a dozen theater and movie palaces built before 1932. Department stores also opened flagship stores downtown, including The Broadway, Hamburger & Sons, May Company, JW Robinson's, and Bullock's, serving a wealthy residential population in the Bunker Hill neighborhood. Numerous specialty stores also flourished including those in the jewelry business which gave rise to the Downtown Jewelry District. Among these early jewelers included the Laykin Diamond Company (later becoming Laykin et Cie [8]) and Harry Winston & Co. both of which found their beginnings in the Alexandria Hotel at 5th and Spring Streets. The Los Angeles Union Passenger Terminal (Union Station) opened in May, 1939, unifying passenger service among various local, regional and long-distance passenger trains. It was built on a grand scale and would be one of the "last of the Great Railway Stations" built in the United States.

Ellen Brown speaking in Denver, Colorado on October 30, 2016 Ellen Brown is the founder of the Public Banking Institute and the author of a dozen books and hundreds of articles. She developed her research skills as an attorney practicing civil litigation in Los Angeles. In the best-selling Web of Debt (2007, 2012), she turned those skills to an analysis of the Federal Reserve and “the money trust,” showing how this private cartel has usurped the power to create money from the people themselves and how we the people can get it back. In The Public Bank Solution (2013) she traces the evolution of two banking models that have competed historically, public and private; and explores contemporary public banking systems globally. She has presented these ideas at scores of conferences in the US and abroad, including in England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Canada, Iceland, Ireland, Switzerland, Sweden, the Netherlands, Germany, Croatia, Malaysia, Mexico and Venezuela.

Michelle Obama Busted, Criminal Court Says $65,000 Missing From ‘Special’ Taxpayer Account Well, we all knew this was coming sooner or later. Michelle Obama is busted by a criminal court case, which says $65,000 dollars is missing from a taxpayer account for which she was directly responsible, and what is really pathetic is that this involves kids in Los Angeles County. Michelle Obama is laying low, hoping this will go away, and you guessed it, the liberal media is refusing to say a word. Who can forget the nightmare lunch program Michelle Obama inflicted on our kids? Parents across the country were outraged with the slop their kids were mandated to eat. Some parents, who decided to pack lunches for their kids, were even hauled into school by leftist principals who bashed every item the parents packed. Luckily, President Donald Trump trashed the ridiculous program, and Michelle was livid, bashing Trump for not “wanting kids to eat healthily.” Now, a criminal case involving Michelle’s pick to head the program has just been heard, and David Binkle was just indicted. Binkle is a close friend of Michelle who worked with her to set up the federal lunch program, and she gave him authority to oversee the taxpayer accounts in Los Angeles County. Binkle allegedly stole $65,000 from the school lunch program to fund his private culinary consulting firm and a personal bank account. Los Angeles Times reports, “[A]s he was revolutionizing meals for the district’s students, prosecutors allege, Binkle illegally funneled roughly $65,000 of the district’s money into a private consulting firm he ran, then placed some of that money into his own pocket.” Binkle, who is a chef by training, was the head guy to oversee the nearly 700,000 meals per day served to students in L.A. He was paid an annual salary of $152,000, and you can thank Michelle Obama for squandering that money, too. He was featured on the former first lady’s blog on the WhiteHouse.gov website. Of course, Michelle couldn’t be reached for comment; she’s probably very busy vacationing with billionaires on a private yacht in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea, but I digress. Here’s what Binkle wrote on Michelle’s “Let’s Move” website: “The city of Los Angeles is known all around the world for Hollywood, Beverly Hills, celebrities as well as glitz and glamour. There are more than 125,000 millionaires and more than 20 billionaires in this city I now call home. But the reality is there is still a big discrepancy in quality of life between the elite and the majority of students I serve as food services director at Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD), the second largest school district in the country.” Binkle said kids in Los Angeles were living in “food deserts” and praised the healthy meal initiatives he implemented that went beyond Mrs. Obama’s 2010 school lunch program. So, where’s the liberal media? Shouldn’t they be reporting this to the snowflakes who get incensed over any small transgression by the Trumps? Children were the victims here, as well as American taxpayers, so where is the outrage from the left? Here’s a tweet from 2014 from the LAUSD. It praises David Binkle and features a YouTube Michelle made doing the same: Food Service head David Binkle (@dbinkle) loves to see hardworking chefs get praise from Michelle Obama had to know about David Binkle back in 2011, and instead of correcting the problem, she got the whistleblower laid off. “George Beck, a former food-services deputy branch director responsible for accounting and budgets, previously told The Times he began questioning Binkle’s management of the marketing program as early as 2011. The district took no corrective action however, according to Beck, who says he was laid off in retaliation two years later,” Los Angeles Times reports. Although we can’t prove Michelle Obama knew about the whistleblower, George Beck, the chances are she did. This was her baby, and it makes sense that Beck’s accusations would be brought to her attention, and she’d have to admit what was going on. Instead, Binkle’s actions are swept under the rug, and we know Beck got laid off, which he says was in “retaliation.” You can forget about the liberal mainstream news agencies touching this story and giving it the coverage they should. That would sully Michelle Obama’s biggest contribution to Americans while she was the first lady. They’d have to admit she is responsible for David Binkle’s crimes, and that’s never going to happen. It would be the final nail in the coffin of her Let’s Move/School Lunch program’s good press and put a black mark on the Obama legacy. Dr. Scott Gottlieb, a partner at one of the world's largest venture capital funds and a former deputy commissioner at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, is being considered by President-elect Donald Trump to run the agency, according to sources close to the transition team. Gottlieb, 44, a venture partner at New Enterprise Associates and resident fellow at the American Enterprise Institute, a conservative think tank based in Washington, is well known in health policy circles and is a frequent commentator on television and in print. Gottlieb is being considered alongside Jim O'Neill, a self-declared libertarian and colleague of Peter Thiel, the co-founder of Mithril Capital Management who was an early Trump supporter and is now advising his transition team. Bloomberg News first reported that Trump was looking at O’Neill. Trump, a Republican, takes office on Jan. 20. Michael Gaba, federal policy leader of law firm Holland & Knight's national Healthcare & Life Sciences Team, said Gottlieb would be more palatable to more people than O’Neill, who believes drugs should be allowed on the market before their efficacy has been established, as long as they are safe. Even the drug industry would likely oppose that stance, Gaba said, since companies want to be able to make credible claims that their products are effective in treating the diseases they say do. "They want the FDA’s Good Housekeeping seal of approval," Gaba said last week, adding, however, that drug makers would like to provide less data to get it. Gottlieb would be a more traditional choice than O’Neill and fits the profile of what Trump’s administration seems to be looking for, he said. "He leans right, he's got experience in the agency, he’s got the M.D. credential, and he’s outspoken," Gaba said. The FDA historically has named someone with medical credentials to head the agency. O’Neill has none, though he served as principal associate deputy secretary of health and human services under the George W. Bush administration. Gottlieb's ties to the pharmaceutical industry run deep. He sits on the boards of multiple companies and advises others, including the British pharmaceutical giant GlaxoSmithKline Plc. He is also a managing director of investment banking at T.R. Winston & Co, a Los Angeles-based, privately held investment bank that focuses on healthcare, clean energy and consumer technology. According to its website, the firm provides services to a range of healthcare clients, "including companies engaged in the clinical development of new therapeutic compounds, drug discovery techniques, medical technologies, and devices." Between 2003 and 2004 Gottlieb was a senior adviser to the FDA commissioner and then the agency’s director of medical policy development. In 2004 he also acted as senior adviser to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. From 2005-2007 he was the FDA's deputy commissioner for medical and scientific affairs. Gottlieb has a medical degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine and a bachelor's degree in economics from Wesleyan University. He advises the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services as a member of the Federal Health Information Technology Policy Committee.
